Tournament Organizer Tools: Run and Grow Your Poker Events

An all-in-one toolkit for poker tournament organizers — create and publish events, manage registrations, post live updates, and reach players who follow your venue. Organizers sign up separately from the player app.

What organizers can do

The organizer surface gives venues, clubs, and series a place to publish their schedule and run events end to end:

  • Create events — publish tournaments with buy-in, structure, date, and prize-pool details so players can find them in the discovery feed.
  • Manage registrations — track who has registered or marked interest, and keep counts up to date as the event fills.
  • Live updates — post chip-count and progress updates during the event so followers and railers can keep up.
  • Player notifications — reach players who follow your venue with reminders and announcements.

Why publish on TryBluff

Players use TryBluff to discover live tournaments near them, with buy-ins, structures, and prize pools shown in their local currency and a "friends attending" signal on each card. Listing your events puts them in front of an audience that is already searching for somewhere to play, and the social layer means a well-run event earns follows and word-of-mouth that carry into your next series.

Getting started

Organizer accounts are separate from the standard player account. Sign up through the organizer flow to set up your venue profile and publish your first event; from there the dashboard handles registrations, updates, and notifications. There's no cost to list and manage events.
