All Preflop Poker Equity Matchups: Exact Odds by Category

Exact all-in preflop equity for 300+ Texas Hold'em matchups, computed by full board enumeration — every possible runout counted, not simulated. Free reference, no signup.

How these numbers are computed

Each matchup page enumerates every possible five-card board for the two starting hands and counts wins, ties, and losses exactly. Because the calculation is exhaustive rather than a Monte Carlo sample, the equity figures are exact to the decimal — the same method used to verify solver inputs. Every page shows the overall equity, the suited and offsuit splits where they differ, and how the equity moves street by street.

Matchup categories

  • Pair vs pair — the classic cooler spots, from AA vs KK (≈82%) on down. The bigger pair is always a heavy favorite.
  • Races (pair vs two overcards) — the tournament staple, like 88 vs AK. Usually within a few points of a true coin flip.
  • Domination — same high card, weaker kicker, like AQ vs AT. The dominated hand wins far less than intuition suggests.
  • Famous spots — the matchups every player argues about, with the argument settled by exact enumeration.

The full directory of all 300+ matchups is listed on the equity calculator hub — or enter any two hands there to compute a matchup that isn't precomputed, including hand-vs-range and range-vs-range spots.
